He is the founder of the RSCMT, Group of Institutions and Chairman of the RSCMT. He has a degree in a management (B.Sc., MBA). He started his business by trading in Real Estate and agricultural inputs and equipment.
He acquired an educational and social aspects unit which he used to establish the educational industry. He commenced the concept of Micro Commerce / Finance / Educational / Hotel Industry in India, which fetched him many accolades including the prestigious National Achievers Award instituted by Governor of Delhi Mr. Bhishm Narayan Singh for his significant and outstanding contribution in this field.
Mr. S.R Ruikar
Secretary
He as the Secretory of RSCMT, holds a graduation in Mechanical Engineering and a Law Degree from Nagpur University. He has a rare combination of scientific excellence, conscientious administration, dynamic management skills and academic depth.
He has contributed to research, education and development of horticulture and agriculture. His contribution has led to optimisation of output, outcome and delivery. He is prime mover for Commerce / Finance / Educational / Hotel Industry and Agriculture and Horticulture research and Development in India.
He was the Founder and Chairman, MPGI, Nanded, committed for accelerating the economic growth through technological interventions, human resource development and providing innovative solutions to emerging challenges.

Mr. K.B Chari
Treasurer
He being the Treasurer of the RCMT since 2010 has an Engineering Diploma in Architect from Madras University. He is a director in charge of RCMT division catering as a guideline for extension service and development of new applications and products.
He joined management of RCMT in 2010 and started his training in production and maintenance in the, Commerce / Finance / Education / Hotel Industry and Agriculture and Horticulture Research and Development in India.
He also keeps an additional obligation as The Director with the overall responsibility of the established including production, maintenance and marketing.
